The following are the most common problems you can encounter with your Teburu Dice.
- My Teburu Dice are not detected by the game app.
- The Teburu Dice must first be paired with the Teburu Core that wants to read them. Follow the setup steps presented in the game app.
- The Teburu Dice have a “deep sleep mode” to save battery. Dice can be “woken up” by vigorously shaking them for a couple of seconds or by placing them on the recharging slot of the Teburu Core.
- The Teburu Dice may not be charged. Place them on the recharging slot of the Teburu Core, so the system can “wake them up”. A low battery value will be displayed on the screen. Leave it charging as long as you can before using them. You can also keep them on the recharging slot while playing and use them only when a dice roll is required.
- If using an iPad with a digital pen, it is possible (especially on older devices) that the connection can interfere with the dice. Removing the pairing to the pen should solve this issue.
- My Teburu Dice gives incorrect results.
- Make sure you haven't moved or rolled more dice than required. The system is not able to know which dice you intended to roll: the first results that are communicated by the dice are sent to the game app.
- My Teburu Dice are not charging.
- Be sure that the power supply prerequisites for the Teburu Core have been correctly followed. Teburu may turn on and connect but not function properly if underpowered.
- Make sure you have correctly placed the dice inside the recharging slot of the Teburu Core with the higher number face up (6 on a D6 or 10 on a D10).
