The following are the most common problems you can encounter as a Main device.
- My hardware (Teburu Core, Dice or LED Ring) doesn’t connect to my device.
- See the Hardware Troubleshooting.
- The app crashes after creating a local game or after the game starts.
- Check if your device has the minimum requirements (RAM, Bluetooth version, operating system).
- Check from your device settings that you have confirmed all the game app permissions.
- The app asked for a permission and I negated it by mistake.
- Go to your device settings.
- Search for the Teburu game app you want to use.
- Look for the required permissions section and enable all permissions manually.
- I can’t connect to a remote game.
- Check that you are connected to the internet.
- Check that you have entered the correct code to connect to the game.
- Check from your device settings that you have confirmed all the game app permissions.
