When you launch the Diagnostic App you must press the "Scan Teburu Core" button to find nearby Teburu Cores. Ensure that your Teburu Core is connected to power and the light is pulsing orange. Once your core appears in the list to the left you can tap on it to connect.
You may also see a device called "DfuTeburuDice" appear in the list if one of your dice is stuck in DFU mode. Please see the following link for more information on repairing these dice. Dice Troubleshooting
