The following are the most common problems you can encounter with your Teburu LED Ring.
- My Teburu LED Ring doesn’t turn on.
- Check the charge level of the LED Ring by connecting it to the power supply via USB-C cable.
- Be sure that the Boss-sized Miniature is correctly inserted inside the Teburu LED Ring.
- My Teburu LED Ring doesn’t connect to the game app.
- Verify that the Teburu LED Ring is correctly turned on and in searching mode. The correct sequence of LED colors must be as follows:
- the 4 white LEDs light up in sequence, starting from the one in front of the Boss-sized Miniature, and remain lit
- all LEDs turn off
- the green LEDs flash twice to indicate the charge (4 full charge, 1 low charge)
- the searching animation begins: a white LED lights up, one after the other.
- Make sure your turned on Teburu Core is the only one waiting for a Teburu LED Ring.
- Verify that the Teburu LED Ring is correctly turned on and in searching mode. The correct sequence of LED colors must be as follows:
- My Teburu LED Ring is not charging.
- Check that the USB-C cable is correctly inserted inside the Teburu Core.
- Check that the USB-C cable is properly connected via an adapter to the power outlet. Different power sources are permitted, as long as there is at least a stable voltage of 5 V and 250 mA.
- Remove the Boss-sized Miniature from the Teburu LED Ring and verify that the LED colors sequence is the following:
- the 4 white LEDs light up in sequence and remain lit
- all LEDs turn off
- the green LEDs flash twice to indicate the charge (4 full charge, 1 low charge)
- every 10 seconds the battery level is refreshed and the green LEDs flash twice to indicate that it’s charging.
