If you are experiencing further issues with your hardware after following our troubleshooting steps, you may want to check the status of your physical components through use of the Hardware Test functionality within the game app.
To locate the Hardware Testing Program: Open your game app and press "Start."
Next, select the Settings button in the top right corner of the screen.
Navigate to the "Hardware Test" and connect to your Teburu Core.
Once connected, you will then have the option to test the Teburu Sensors, the Dice, and the LED Ring.
When testing the Sensors: Place the included test map over the Teburu Board as shown in the app.
Now take one of your smart hero miniatures and place it on one of the sensor points and the corresponding Sensor will light up with a green light in the app to indicate it is functional.
Continue to test each sensor to ensure full functionality, placing the miniature exactly in the indicated sensor zones on the test map.
WARNING: If you are still experiencing issues with sensor detection, submit a support request and make sure to note the Firmware Version of your Teburu Core as indicated in the bottom of the Sensor testing box (ie. FW 2.24.0) and the current app version indicated in the bottom left corner of the screen (ie. V.1.0.1 4000c6ea7).
When testing Dice: Wake up each die by shaking it, or select "Pair New Dice" and place the die in the charging slot with the highest value face up.
If your dice are completely drained of battery, place them on the charger with the highest value face up and they will connect soon after gaining an initial charge.
Continue to connect your dice. Once connected you will be able to view the current charge level, the current Firmware version of each dice, and whether or not the FW is up to date (if connected to the internet).
Even with a minimal charge, you can proceed to test your dice by shaking and rolling them. Correctly functioning dice will show as "Rolling" while being shaken and will display a numerical result after being rolled. Charging dice will simply display a charge icon.
WARNING: If you are still experiencing issues with your dice, submit a support request and make sure to note the Firmware Version of your die as indicated below the charge level (ie. FW 3.20.0) and the current app version indicated in the bottom left corner of the screen (ie. V.1.0.1 4000c6ea7).
When testing the LED Ring: Plug any large miniature into the Led Ring and twist clockwise to turn it on and the LED Rign will light up and connect to the system.
Press "Start Test" and ensure that your LED Ring lights up in the same pattern as displayed on screen.
WARNING: If you are still experiencing issues with your LED Ring, submit a support request and make sure to note the Firmware Version of your LED Ring as indicated below the "Start Test" button (ie. FW 1.11.0) and the current app version indicated in the bottom left corner of the screen (ie. V.1.0.1 4000c6ea7).
